FEELING
of a
Nordic Summer
our days are incredibly
LONG
and
LUSH
the days
BURST
with
brilliant
COLOR
and
LIFE
the Baltic Sea is
GIVING
the soil is
KIND
the flowers remind us to savor every delight of the
SEASON
it's the
simple little things
that make a
happy little life
so

Love the apron and the choice of fabric....and knowing it's Scandinavian fabric makes my Swedish heart smile....and miss those long beautiful summer days, as I live in Hawaii now! ...Which is pretty awesome too! ;-)
ReplyDeleteLove that fabric! I'm loving the long summer days too--I'm definitely not as far north as you are, but this is my first summer living in Hamburg, Germany. I was/still am overwhelmed everyday when we still have sunshine at 10pm! :)

What beautiful fabric! I love the apron you made from it and the way you expressed your summer. We have been enjoying the brilliant days of our short summer here in Montana as well.
