Exactly last week at this time we were taking off in the plane en route to Amsterdam, destination Barcelona!!!
Mr. C surprised me with a side trip to the South of France for lunch in Marseilles!

Then back into Northern Spain we stayed in Besalu Spain for 2 nights in a castle village where I accidentally ate octopus thinking it was mushrooms. Figured it quite quickly!
On our last day we spent a few hours in Girona Spain had lunch at a cute diner and then off to Barcelona to return the car and get on our plane....
We missed our plane.
Had to buy new tickets to get out of there
last flight out via Copenhagen to Helsinki.
In a nasty snowstorm.
I was REALLY happy when we landed!
Neither of us have ever missed a flight, ever.
We have to double check our flights from now on! :(

I have no idea how far we walked every day but we both were a little sore.
